Pros
I'm so grateful that I found Lighthouse early in my career when I was still developing my skill set. The leaders here really care about your development and that you are supported along the way. The culture is incredibly inclusive and motivating. Other great perks are unlimited PTO, volunteer time off, and the option to work remotely.
Cons
There are times when Lighthouse has a start-up feel of all hands on deck and the work is quick-paced. This isn't necessarily a con - individuals who thrive at Lighthouse work well under some pressure and enjoy the challenge of innovating and adapting.
