      Speaking for myself – The pay is amazing Collaboration is outstanding when time permits Various Teams within Lighthouse are tight nit groups, and it is nice to see

      Project Management Team needs more direction and training on basic ediscovery workflows and understanding. Pay ranges are not in line with industry standards. | Culture is slowly pivoting from people-first culture to a bottom-line culture. "Smart Products" should not be called "Smart."
