Lighthouse employs some of the brightest individuals in the industry and the collaboration between Client Services and Support teams is top-notch. Project Management teams have strong operational teams behind them that are able to support projects of all sizes and scope. There is ample opportunity for advancement in the organization, due to need.
Cons
Lighthouse lacks organizational integrity and is primarily focused on Diversity and Equity, which is stressed continuously in all forums. Lighthouse is a highly "woke" company that desires hiring 'historically disadvantaged individuals' and holds said employees to a lesser standard than others. Lighthouse lacks a clear focus and strategy and is in desperate need of leadership below the executive level.
