      Pros

      Great people. Salary is good. Benefits are good. Cutting edge of e-Discovery with ample clients and opportunities for further innovation. Highly proficient coworkers and colleagues.

      Cons

      *This is largely dependent on the POD you're hired to as a Project Manager in my opinion* but workload can be very intense. Also believe this is highly dependent on the Pod, but opportunities for promotion seem to be harder to achieve than represented initially.

      You get to learn gold standard of managing up by engineering SVP,

      Cons

      CEO and his hand picked cronies, good at taking care of each other at the cost of folks who do the actual work. Company stopped growing after current CEO took over the helm,
