      Pros

      the only thing I can come up with for a pro to this job is that there are other people just as unhappy working there which gave everyone something to talk about during break

      Cons

      management was all about making money. no safety training was given other than a generic 10 min power point, no onboarding for new employees, no HR or safety on sight (all was taken care of from Colorado).

      Pros

      Upper management is great and very supportive. My team is also great and I like being able to run my plant without any micro management. I'm trusted to do my job. Safety is a major focus as is engagement and making our plant a great place to work. I never dread going to work, I'm happy to be there and do what I can to help my team.

      Cons

      Some negative attitudes and misery loving company to a degree, but overall small faction of overall attitudes. Lack of sales with warmer winters, but that's to be expected.
