Pros
I needed more than 5 letters so “none” wouldn’t suffice.
Cons
The pay is under market standard Zero work life balance The lack of professionalism from corporate The lack of training The lack of support (constantly growth has spread the company too thin to cover basics, 1 safety manager for 1000+ people) The savings plan is subpar The healthcare is atrocious Being told the equipment is fantastic but getting the bottom of Ryder’s barrel Dealing with Ryder itself Zero support dealing with driver issues 24/7 on call The entire company seeks to exist as a legitimate player in the industry but is a giant facade. Nothing about working for his company motivated me to get out of bed besides dealing with the people on the team I assembled. Would give zero if I could RUN
