Pros

The business is loaded with amazing talent that provide unparalleled consulting services

Cons

The company is small and very personality-based. One or more senior leaders has the ability to wave their hand and create a lot of disruption, usually not intentionally.

Definitely lots of issues with growth. We are experimenting and trying new things all the time. We don't fail for long before we change direction and try something new. We've grown from 0 to $20M in 8 years, and will double than that by year 10. As our CEO, this is my first company, and I am learning on the job... not ashamed at all to admit that. This kind of environment works for some people... not for others. You gotta know what you are signing up for. I understand and respect the inclusiveness comment, but if you come work with us, understand that you are working for a super strong-willed CEO with a clear vision for how to move forward. I'll admit, I don't always care how you did things at your last job because I'm not trying to build your last company. If you can handle having a voice, but can roll with it when I don't take your advice, I'm not awful to work for. I do listen, and if you have thought about things as much as I have, and have taken all the necessary factors into consideration, you will be heard. Finally... building talent is a goal, and over the past year we have introduced comp plans and skills development planning to help people progress. Historically, our delivery models have shifted faster than some of our alumni could keep up. We didn't have the infrastructure to bring people along and some got lost. As a company, we have an explicit buy/build strategy. We will continue to seek out the best possible people we can afford and we will continue to invest in the people that are already here. That said, not everyone will make it. We've lost a lot of people I care about, but it was good for them and good for us. - Mike (CEO)

Pros

Tight knit community, everyone has each others backs. CEO/Executive Leadership very open and communicative regarding the mission, financials, direction of the company. Fun, fast paced environment, invitation to participate culture - if you ask and want to be involved you have plenty of opportunities to expand your footprint.

Cons

Typically not a "pat on the back" organization. The organization is loaded with intelligent hard-working people so excellence is expected.

Pros

There were a lot of reasons why LeadingAgile was appealing to me when I took the job a little over 7 years ago. But after being here a bit, the biggest thing that sticks out to me is the people. Everyone here has done creative and innovative things in their background and they bring that creativity and spirit into the work that we do both for clients as well as internal projects. You can also expect that everyone here will pitch in and help. Sometimes, that is lending a hand to add a little extra muscle or a different point of view to a tough task. Sometimes, that is just taking a few minutes to explain something and help me learn. The combination of the level of expertise and the humility and willingness to get their hands dirty that make the group of people who were here a big pro for me.

Cons

The biggest con for me is working remotely. There are a lot of structures in place to keep people connected but for me I'd prefer more in person interaction.
