It's always fascinating to me when a current employee posts something like this. We are super transparent about what we do and how we do it. We are transparent about how we compensate folks and how we think about bonuses and equity and all that stuff. My door is always open and it's not hard to get on my calendar for a 1:1.
As a small company, there are things we can compete with the Big 4 on and some things that are more difficult. You come to work with a company like LeadingAgile because you have the opportunity to solve some of the hardest problems in the industry with a team of worlds class folks to work around.
I always tell our team that LeadingAgile is an invitation to participate. We are trying to build a company that everyone loves to work at. That said, we learned a long time ago that we can't be everything to everyone. If you like the work we do, and how we do it, and are comfortable with our financial offer and benefits, come work here. If you'd rather work for the Big 4, that's your option as well.
We don't want anyone working here that doesn't like it or doesn't want to be here. I can promise anyone reading this, that we are super transparent and fully disclose everything before you join. If you join us an have any concerns, there are a ton of people in the company that are interested and care and want to make your experience the best it can be.
