Pros

1. Prepare to be knee deep in some of the most qualified coworkers you can find. That being said, everyone here is a leader profile ("LeadingAgile" go figure), so it's an environment that sometimes requires thick skin. But I can't imagine a more supportive work culture that genuinely wants to help everyone be their best. 2. Something that takes getting used to for a company that operates much like a startup is nobody has "roles". The CEO sees employees as "paid volunteers" and affords you almost complete autonomy to do your job.

Cons

1. There's so much to learn and there can be a sense of getting thrown into the fire. They've gotten a lot better at this with established onboarding and materials, but understand they are a small company that is rapidly growing.

Pros

Tight knit community, everyone has each others backs. CEO/Executive Leadership very open and communicative regarding the mission, financials, direction of the company. Fun, fast paced environment, invitation to participate culture - if you ask and want to be involved you have plenty of opportunities to expand your footprint.

Cons

Typically not a "pat on the back" organization. The organization is loaded with intelligent hard-working people so excellence is expected.

Pros

There were a lot of reasons why LeadingAgile was appealing to me when I took the job a little over 7 years ago. But after being here a bit, the biggest thing that sticks out to me is the people. Everyone here has done creative and innovative things in their background and they bring that creativity and spirit into the work that we do both for clients as well as internal projects. You can also expect that everyone here will pitch in and help. Sometimes, that is lending a hand to add a little extra muscle or a different point of view to a tough task. Sometimes, that is just taking a few minutes to explain something and help me learn. The combination of the level of expertise and the humility and willingness to get their hands dirty that make the group of people who were here a big pro for me.

Cons

The biggest con for me is working remotely. There are a lot of structures in place to keep people connected but for me I'd prefer more in person interaction.
