Pros
Benefits are good and start pay is not too bad for the Mitchell Building. Centrally located. Decent restaurants in the area. Close to bars that you can drown your sorrows in after your shift. If you like to brown nose you might have a chance.
Cons
Pisgah Building: Management is a joke. The shift supervisors rely on their favorite production employees to fill them in on gossip and believe every word they say. Upper management is clueless as to what goes on in the plant and HR is Reactive to any rumors reported. I have personally witnessed at least 4 people walked out this way. If I want you fired all I would have to do is make an accusation about you to HR and poof, you're gone. If you like yearly 2% raises then Linamar NC is the place for you. If you like working 12 days on and 2 days off then Linamar NC is the place for you. If you like getting treated like a sweatshop worker in a third world country then Linamar NC is the place for you.
