Pros
Great work environment. The driveline group is a fun and exciting place to be, and people look forward to being there. The co-workers are generally nice and have lots of experience.
Cons
The raises are minimal, vacation is hard to get, and the company treats the engineers and salary employees the same way they treat line workers. For an innovation center, there is lots of room for improvement. They often ask you to work long hours with no compensation.
