Pros
If you want to start learning a trade or get into technology out of school this is a good place to start. It is the biggest employer in the city and there are some good discounts to be headed for gym memberships etc.
Cons
This would not be a place to move to from any other job. They cut employees' salaries without approval and turn over is extremely high. When customers are slow to order management can close off a complete factory sending everyone home - temporary layoff is one of the buzz words.
