Pros

center manager was a good boss job was excruciatingly easy they provided coffee

Cons

area manager left a lot to be desired. could be heard ridiculing and harrassing center manager or using improper language. one heard area management say 'if so and so isn't pulling their weight, then f'n get rid of him. (that was two weeks into the job) training was horrible. it would have been more beneficial for the overworked lead CSR from another location come train. The room for advancement is not there. Nor is the ability to get more responsibility customers are always angry because they are constantly lied to or their products are never ordered. It really is truly a horrible place to work
