Very little training which makes you have to learn everything the hard way. Pay is way below average for RTs . They made me go to other centers once a week because they can't fill positions. That's one whole day a week that you cannot tackle the enormous workload that you already have at your home center location and they are completely inconsiderate in their demands to get everything done.
