Pros
They offer Health Benefits, Paid Vacations, a 401 K plan and most of the staff is down to earth and great to work with.
Cons
Hostile work environment in a few departments. Upper Management did not take employee complaints or concerns seriously. Even when they reported to the corporate office, those complaints were sent back down to the executive director back at the school level.
