Pros

Peers, benefits, cross cultural collaboration

Cons

Region Americas is in free fall for the last 12-18 months. An extremely large amount of talented managers have either left or been let go. Among the high performers that are left it is clear that they are at the tipping point on whether on not to jump. Relationship with safety group has gone from one of cooperation and teamwork to adversarial and suspicious. Safety group has undue influence on hire/fire decisions and has spent the last year purging good managers and making the company less safe.

Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

Cons

None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
