      good equipment-mostly good people compensation is very good given a lot of freedom

      Cons

      the weather will become an enormous player in your life..make sure you're comfortable with that..to what extent will depend on the shift you have. the job will require the majority of your life..if you have a family and your involvement with them matters to you keep this fact in mind.
