      Pros

      The only good thing I have to say about Linde here for drivers(at Arroyo) is the pay is not terrible.

      Cons

      Pay out the a-- for insurance And it is not real good. Management here will harass and interrogate you if you figure out your pay. They take a lot of $ from the drivers. Drive Camera looking at you ALL day. No time and a half. Swinging Doors here. Constantly hiring and firing OR force you to quit. Only about 15 active drivers here. VERY Dim Future. Your money goes into a pension fund where you may never get any of it.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      Cons

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
