      Pros

      Large company, Good access to global infrastructure. Working in teams of well-trained professionals with a huge amount of industry knowledge.

      Cons

      Can be monotonous, with similar processes needing iterations. Company restructure during my time there meant it was hard to understand the management structure.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
