Pros

Good work location in Tulsa, good benefits

Cons

Top heavy/Management Heavy company, Management (even senior management) do not have sufficient technical skills to be in process plant engineering business, Too many quality improvement programs over the years which could not implement, Promotes employees to management level who are lacking experience, Influence from Linde Germany attempts to bypass North American Codes and Standards, Former Linde CEO Buchelle closed down and caused layoff of many employees, New LENA President is acting the same way, Wasted a lot of my professional career years working for them to point of getting seriously ill, Only people happy are Germans who are protected by their unions, Tulsa office bound to close, All US work going to India
