      Pros

      Linde runs its business in diverse markets (from food, pharma, medical, chemical etc), big portfolio of products & services, numerous locations and huge customer base. This way you can gather alot of valuable experience within Linde through the entire value chain from Supply & Operations to Sales & Marketing. Huge expertise and knowledge available in the company.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy, primarily short-term vision and strategy of leadership teams, poor execution of large-scale/global projects especially. Still alot of paper-based processes and resistance to really digitalizeand smarten the processes due to tight budgets. Not much scope for freedom of roles and functions.
