      Pros

      Salary is pretty good, even may be quite high in terms of Industry standards, Flexibility at the work place is also an added advantage.

      Cons

      Work Culture especially at sites is pathetic, though the mechanical wing is good, the civil wing is literally disastrous- lacks infrastructure, competent personnel. Work-life balance is missing in site job. Besides company has discriminating policies as it tends to engage more contract engineers.
