      Pros

      Good variety of aerospace and oilfield processes at Lincoln UK site. Production operators are knowledable and communicative.

      Cons

      Strong blame culture on engineering, quality and production staff. Each team was fighting the other; objectives were not harmonised between departments. The business does not adopt continual improvement practices. Poor customer service and treatment by some management staff.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
