      - Comfortable workplace - Working independent - Down to earth, easy going management - Overal good atmosphere and people tend to help each other out when needed

      Cons

      - Low remuneration, unless your a team lead or manager - To much work for to little people; lots of promises, but little changes - Drastic, regular, organisational changes come with quite some confusions - Still processing the consequences of the many transitions

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
