Post merger all downhill. Unfortunately, Prax upper management was given control and these people only care about what they can add to their resume. Absolutely no Managerial training, no support for the middle managers, no customer values and the worst customer service I have ever seen!! Legacy Linde personnel don't stand a chance for any advancement, support, or job security. Pay and benefits were diminished or cut at every opportunity and they acted like you needed to thank them for screwing you. The difference between pre-merger Linde and Praxair is so diametrically opposite it is comical. Unfortunately the village idiots were given control and it has been all downhill since the integration of the two companies.
