      Multiple markets, good benefits, decent work flexibility, potential to become an exciting place to work again, great people, strategy is providing near term stock price benefit

      Cons

      Every decision driven by cost cutting, potential for company and individuals stifled by extreme aversion to risk, very, very flat organization, advancement opportunities limited, roles are increasingly narrow
