Pros
Localized offices, reliability and longevity for job, decent health insurance and allowance for center to run somewhat independently
Cons
No employee loyalty, inadequate employees to do job properly. inadequate centralized training, below normal starting pay compared to industry standards, lack of working knowledge of center workings from corporate positions, poorly conceived center level competitiveness in that centers are constantly going into other centers areas for business because of the way the sales rep and centers compensation and patient retention is structured, poor communication between corporate and the center level and wanting personnel to complete their jobs safely and completely but not wanting them to work the overtime required with inadequate staffing
