      Not a micromanage company, employee only need to show results and how much you can bring on the table.

      Cons

      As it is big company, few level of bureaucracy make the job process slow.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
