The company has grown too corporate and lacks any care for it's employees. Managers revolve so quickly they're never given a chance to make a difference and new supervisors receive no training, then are fired for one or two mistakes. Managers over them have no idea how demanding the warehouse work is and don't hire enough people accommodate the tremendous amount of orders put in. The workload is distributed unfairly. With some employees expected to process two or three times more than others, without any extra compensation. It once was a great company and place to work, but poor planning and lack of good, experienced management has unfortunately led to this particular location to become toxic. Upper management can be manipulative, dishonest and nepotistic only looking out for themselves.
