      Pros

      On time payday and seldom OT for executives.

      Cons

      Technicians are forced to do OT. Company location is at far east with not much food options. Company is not flexible and keeps taking employee’ advantage. Plant Manager is not capable enough to take care of the plant and staffs.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
