      Pros

      Work environment is good..flexi timing's, average growth, no deduction in Bonus. Job security is good.

      Cons

      Technical growth is limited. Increment is not based on any rating system. They will decide based on relationship with your Head or lead. Same designation having huge gap in salary package.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
