      Pros

      Very minimal pros, the hours are reasonable, when you're not overworked because you're understaffed. Lincare runs "lean" so there is no equipment or supplies to give patients! Very discouraging.

      Cons

      Mean upper management that tries to make you drink the Lincare "lemonade". They insult your intelligence with their obnoxious rhetoric about how they are "helping" people.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      Cons

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
