Dedicated people that have a lot of experience. Ability to learn from some of the best in the industry.
Cons
The company is realizing that they are loosing experience and are making a 9th inning rally to fix it but I don't see the line of people that have the technical knowledge or desire to work 60 to 80 hrs a week on salary. The people that work for you are making more as they are paid salary+ OT . Many old habits that need to be broken. Culture is changing but you need the senior peoples experience but it difficult to change their habits. Too few people no ability to have a succession plan or to train. They are realizing this and making changes to field support but it was too late to help me. Sales driven like many companies. They get their commission and due to past sales mistakes the operation has to fit to a inadequate budget and return rate that can never be met in real life.
