TOXIC COMPANY CULTURE due to: - incompetent and tyrannical ICT management - lack of consideration for the ICT department from senior management - low or no budget for anything despite good financial results 2. GOOD PEOPLE LAYED OUT EVERY MONTH 3. GREATLY UNDERSTAFFED TEAMS 4. WORK-LIFE BALANCE NON-EXISTENT 5. LOW SALARY AND BONUS, RARE SALARY REVIEWS.

Easy job, do your job and go home, Nothing more and nothing less.

Cons

Management is v bad, racist and stuck up. Its a white lads club that play golf. No progression and pay peanuts compared to other companies. They watch how long you take lunch, cannot be 1min over.
