Business Outlook

Pros

Linkus is a dish sub contractor. I worked for the company before working for the contractor. The contractors training program is not nearly as good as the companies. Also the perks I.e…..bonuses, employee discounts, etc are almost non existant. Where as the company gives weekly bonuses for good performance, Linkus management treats you like you should just be happy you have a job.

Cons

Also w the lack of an internal inspector, Linkus employees do sub par work, utilizing outdated existing cable runs, and not taking the time to ensure asthetically pleasing installs. The companies main focus is in home sales, rather than customer or employee satisfaction. The management does not take proper care of company vehicles, or attempt to fix reported problems w the vehicles. There are much better jobs available for the pay.
