Meeting customer demands, while worldwide shipping and supply issues are impacted by supply chain issues. It's frustrating, but it is not something that the company can impact.

Lovely place to work. They really look after their employees. There is a good focus on development and opportunities to progress within the business. It’s a very structured and process driven company which is great as you know how you personally can contribute to overall company success and you know how the company is doing against objectives. Lots of social activities and group lunches. Best of all a very welcoming team.
