Pros

Work pressure is lower compared to other companies. Its a good company to settle with only if you join with high pay package. Timings are flexible which is a big relief considering the traffic in Bangalore.

Cons

If you are into aerospace technical publication, i do not recommend to start your career with this company. For freshers, salary and growth will be a big issue later on. Most of companies in this field where many of my friends work will either pay a good initial salary or give good 25-30 % appraisals for freshers. So that within 3 years one can earn a decent living in a expensive city like Bangalore. Since, this company gives neither of it, you would end up in a low salary package with appraisal hardly making any difference to your income. Even after working for 3/4 years you will struggle to make ends meet. For freshers, its better to learn/gain some good knowledge/corporate exposure and move on within 2 years for better growth opportunities in IT field. Overtime and weekend working is unpaid, max they will give 65 rs for F&B which is ridiculous for an CMM-Level 5 MNC.

Recognition and Rewards: Employees are regularly acknowledged for their hard work and achievements, both through formal recognition programs and informal appreciation. Even if it is just a call out on a team meeting, it shows your hard work is not going unnoticed.

Cons

Rapid Changes: The company's dynamic nature means frequent shifts in priorities or objectives, which may be challenging for those who prefer stability. Resource Constraints: Occasionally, there might be limited resources which can impact the ability to execute projects efficiently. Communication Gaps: In a large organization, there can be occasional breakdowns in communication between departments, leading to misunderstandings or delays. Onboarding Process: The initial onboarding process might benefit from more structure or support to help new employees acclimate quickly.

Pros

- Plenty of projects available. - Payment is average, not terrible but not outstanding.

Cons

- Unrealistically high quality demands. - Expectation that you are available all the time. - Terrible system that is clunky, unreliable, and frustrating to use. - Poor communication, slow responses, and constant delays. - Payment issues, repeated delays, and dishonest excuses about payment. - They keep lying or changing the story when you follow up. - Overall, the experience feels disorganized, unfair, and disrespectful.
