Pros

As with any large corporation, the focus is not on employees but if one manages to stick it out one could theoretically move to any LB office worldwide. There were a few friendly people and many standoffish ones.

Cons

Witnessed one PM hired just before the holidays then fired afterwards so LB could have someone cover for other PMs on holidays. Consoled one translation manager who broke down in tears late one late night due to overwork. Effectively had to take bullet for the team and resign when engineering seriously underestimated the difficulty/cost/duration of a project and as the PM I was responsible for the resulting customer fallout. End of month accounting and revenue recognition was such a pain often taking days to complete.

Pros

Supportive Leadership: The management team is approachable and genuinely invested in employee success, providing guidance and mentorship to help you reach your full potential. Career Development: There are numerous opportunities for professional growth, including training programs, workshops, and access to industry conferences, ensuring you continually advance your skills. If your current position is not working out for you there may be opportunities to join a different team and expand your skill set. Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling options and remote work opportunities allow for a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal life. Recognition and Rewards: Employees are regularly acknowledged for their hard work and achievements, both through formal recognition programs and informal appreciation. Even if it is just a call out on a team meeting, it shows your hard work is not going unnoticed.

Cons

Rapid Changes: The company's dynamic nature means frequent shifts in priorities or objectives, which may be challenging for those who prefer stability. Resource Constraints: Occasionally, there might be limited resources which can impact the ability to execute projects efficiently. Communication Gaps: In a large organization, there can be occasional breakdowns in communication between departments, leading to misunderstandings or delays. Onboarding Process: The initial onboarding process might benefit from more structure or support to help new employees acclimate quickly.

Pros

No pros, there is literally nothing I can say about them that is good.

Cons

No team, everyone is individual. No culture.
