Pros

The only pro of working here was the people. Hands down there are some great people. The other pro is not having to be in the office due to Covid (clock watchers and god forbid you go to lunch or look at your phone, glad to be able to WFH because that was toxic).

Cons

Where do I even begin... -Sales Commission: WHAT IS GOING ON HERE. You have reps bringing in well over 1M$ and yet cannot pay them % based pay?? As an AM we got low % based commission on revenue brought in each month (which is still dismal but better than nothing) and in 2021 that plan changed because it was "too lucrative" for us. I'm not in Sales to settle, I'm in Sales to make money and the fact that this company is systematically taking $$ away from its reps...is unbelievable. Run far and run fast from this place if you want to be able to pay your bills -Management. I also don't even know where to begin with this one either. There are 2 managers I can think of that are actually good at their job and want people to succeed, everyone else is pretty awful. My own manager never held 1v1s with us, never had pipeline calls, made us pretty much do all of his reporting for him, and had no idea what we were doing on a daily basis. I personally had no one in my corner or on my side, which makes things very difficult when something does go wrong. When things did go wrong we were blamed and it was never "ok lets come up with a solution" it's scathing emails like "what are you doing, what is going on, please get this done". No communication. No transparency. Passive Aggressive. Awful. -No career growth. No progression or career development talks at this place. Managers actually block promotions because they need people on their team to pick up the slack. Yikes. -Major lack of diversity in all aspects -No direction. Where is this company going? Sold off the AI unit (public information) and now we are dwindling in terms of technology. -Toxic office culture. As mentioned above it was a blessing not being in the office so that I can make myself lunch without getting clocked in to the second. This place is a notorious micro-managing, clock watching place. I once left to go to the gym at 5pm (8-5pm workday) and received an email that night that me leaving at 5pm was "a bad look". Your success is measured on how late you stay at work and how much you can pile on your plate without having a mental breakdown. -Recognition=0. Unless you manage one of the global accounts and present at SKO, they don't care about you.

Pros

Supportive Leadership: The management team is approachable and genuinely invested in employee success, providing guidance and mentorship to help you reach your full potential. Career Development: There are numerous opportunities for professional growth, including training programs, workshops, and access to industry conferences, ensuring you continually advance your skills. If your current position is not working out for you there may be opportunities to join a different team and expand your skill set. Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling options and remote work opportunities allow for a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal life. Recognition and Rewards: Employees are regularly acknowledged for their hard work and achievements, both through formal recognition programs and informal appreciation. Even if it is just a call out on a team meeting, it shows your hard work is not going unnoticed.

Cons

Rapid Changes: The company's dynamic nature means frequent shifts in priorities or objectives, which may be challenging for those who prefer stability. Resource Constraints: Occasionally, there might be limited resources which can impact the ability to execute projects efficiently. Communication Gaps: In a large organization, there can be occasional breakdowns in communication between departments, leading to misunderstandings or delays. Onboarding Process: The initial onboarding process might benefit from more structure or support to help new employees acclimate quickly.

Pros

No pros, there is literally nothing I can say about them that is good.

Cons

No team, everyone is individual. No culture.
