I like the people around me as personal friends but other than that I would never recommend anyone to take a job at Lipscomb unless I didn't like them!
Cons
The president is a fake, a liar, and has no integrity. Unless you are part of Unless you are part of administration you will not be paid. We have 10 unnecessary colleges. The president seems to arbitrarily decide to make someone a dean and create a new college. They play favorites and nepotism is rampant. They have a family campaign and there bride is to offer an extra day off during spring break if enough people donate. You must give at least $20 to a certain area and then any extra you donate can be to the area of your choice. I'm not paying $520 (which is 26 pay periods multiplied by $20, the minimum amount) for an extra day off! Do they think I'm stupid?!
