-Terrible management staff -Employees are treated terribly, Very little employee appreciation is shown -Raises are scarce -A lot of work for very little pay -Owner has no control of his business, he allows it to be run by a very rude management team -Work area at times could be very unsafe, emergency exits were blocked by skids of equipment, shelves were not sturdy -Management does not trust it's employees at all and they do not hide that fact at all, in fact there are cameras posted everywhere. There is even one right near the "So-called changing room" -Favoritism is shown all the time -The biggest problem here is that the managers act like they are better then the employees. This is not done to newer employees, but mostly ones that have been there for a while. I have seen fellow employees talked down to, cursed at, and made to feel stupid. -The worst part and this is very unprofessional, I have heard management make fun of and talk bad about employees behind their back. This is not done in a private office or in secret, I have seen it done out in the open on days that said employees were either off or called out sick. I have also seen and heard management discuss employees personal problems with other employees.
