Pros

Most of the low level employees are good people who try to make the best out of a bad work day. The work helps the planet by recycling.

Cons

This is about the warehouse work: Oppressive atmosphere, slave wages, dangerous environment, insultin "benefits", old and broken tools, promotion seem racist (all asians in the "cushy" warehouse positions sitting in chairs, black/white/latino get the manual labor & standing all day), warehouse management seem completely not interested in making a good environment for workers, only profits, no breaks exept for one unpaid lunch break. The game is to never tell you how you're doing so you don't think you're worth enough to ask for a raise. Don't fall for it.

Thank you for the feedback. Employees at Liquid Technology are rewarded for consistent and productive work performance. We encourage our staff to be active participants in their careers which may include initiating performance conversations and discussing their concerns with management and/or HR. The safety and comfort of our staff is of utmost importance to us. As such, since the date of this review we have organized the warehouse space and invested in technology to be more efficient. In addition, we are supplying the staff with necessary tools and trainings to better understand warehouse procedure, and of course welcome questions and feedback to fill in any gaps.

Pros

Opportunities to learn from experienced professionals in the field. Supportive Leadership: Management and direction that genuinely care about their employees' well-being. Clear pathways for growth and advancement within the organization. A work environment that values autonomy while focusing on achieving set goals, rather than micromanagement. Work flexibility, employee benefits, lunches, christmas dinners, etc.

Cons

Goals can sometimes feel too ambitious, but the management tries to provide a supportive structure to help employees achieve them.

Pros

Its commitment to ensure that clients data is destroyed at all cost

Cons

During my time at the company, I observed a concerning pattern of unprofessional behavior among some employees and management. There were instances where discussions and actions related to personal matters, including assumptions about colleagues’ personal lives, created a hostile work environment. This behavior was particularly noticeable by the Midwest Operation Manager where it significantly impacted team morale and productivity. I believe addressing these issues is crucial for fostering a more respectful and inclusive workplace. The Manager there is smart on concealing these issue since he is the one who instigates them. You can't hold others accountable when your the one doing it. There was this one instance where the Manager thought I wasn't in the room, decided it was okay to talk poorly about me, mocking me on a conversation he said was confidential, then when he found out I was there in the room, started to pretend that he cared about me. Its all about getting your joke across at the expense of others.
