Okay - Anonymous employee Litehouse Employee Review

Poor benefits. Very little vacation fine. Poor management made for the longest 8 hour work day I've ever had. Higher ups have difficulty committing, poor direction for future. If you are an outsider, don't count on promotions regardless of how well you do your job. Problem is Sandpoint area has little competition for jobs, so the poor management situation has no real drive to change. The good ole boys club is prevalent, and will stay that way.
