Pros

-hella good career opportunities from high turnover -wages are competetive and quite livable -communication is really good for those that want it to be -Tribal groups are common and really easy to use for advancement or pushing out others that do not meet your standards -strong Christian culture for those that find that a + -company growth is explosive plant level HR is open to the fact employee wellbeing is a low priority -"slow learner" is crazy effective for rubberstamping -the company over all is humble and spends alot of time and effort on fixable problems -control and inflated egos are recognized as top traits _most people including management and corporate have common misconceptions about liar behavior -most higherups have open door policies and are pretty approachable

Cons

-business spending is basically the only determining fact in quarterly bonus payout -they resently added a ethics service for weeding out bad actors but its only picked off the lone wolfs at this point -very uniform political culture in the nearby area -sociopath coworkers are always a - -retirement plan depends heavily on company health -communication lives or dies by who it benefits -some departments are one tribe so removing nemesis members can be challenging -salaried employees have low turnover since the company operates in poor areas and keep quals just low enough to trap them career wise

Pros

My paycheck arrived on time every 2 weeks

Cons

Toxic is the name of the game. Rules only apply sometimes and only to some people. Loyal longtime employees are expected to continue to put in 110% effort while not getting raises for years while inflation makes life unaffordable.
