Pros
If you need a steady paycheck, it'll do until you can find something better.
Cons
I worked here for 4 years as a line attendant on 2nd shift. The worst parts of this job - I was often required to stay late - sometimes many hours after 2nd shift ended. It's really screwy when you have to stay til 4-6am even though you should have been out by 11. And most of the time you didn't even know beforehand. The work itself ranges from mind numbingly boring to pulling your hair out frustrating. The machinery is very old and often breaking for no apparent reason. Messy! Many times I would go home with my clothes and shoes covered in various food products like salad dressing or caramel. No respect for line workers. Management basically treats you like an easily replaceable cog. Raises are small and not frequent. No room for advancement. I applied to many different positions to try and work my way to a better job title but always was passed over for new temp workers. Not cool.
