Lots of great people The pay is good & recently did a salary analysis to improve almost everybody's pay Merit increases and bonuses are great if company does well, which it has! Excited to be 100% employee owned The upper management has been reformed and I feel like they care about the employees’ well-being and improving the company as a whole Company values are great Turnover is high at the plant level, but not at corporate Lots of great activities/events to be a part of They hold value in continuous learning Business is booming & they are very good and looking for ways to continue on that path Leadership is finding ways to improve problems by going to the source and listening to every employee about improvements & solutions Free products often

Without the ESOP, benefits are not that great, but they’ve been improving each year I’ve been there. Could have more in-house benefits, like free salad bars, snacks, drinks, espresso bar. I believe the factories could handle those as well. It would help with turnover Too many cubicles at corporate, could be more offices
