Pros
Easy straight forward work with good pay and ability to move up. I worked fast and hard, mostly while being the only one on my shift. It was a rewarding experience to accomplish so much and train others to do the same. If the right people work together this is a fantastic place to work.
Cons
Lack of discipline and poor management. My shift was great, but the others struggled to keep the employees in line. Employee retention rate was bad mostly due to poor shift cooperation and back biting/gossip. If there was more accountability for poor sportsmanship this would likely work itself out.
