The people of litehouse, individually are great.

Cons

The company of litehouse is a down trending disaster. Mess up after mess, that the employee "Owners" HUGE SARCASM THERE!!!, have to pay for. In some cases LITERALLY. Discrepancy with ( which means benefits f**K up ) and now we have to pay more, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE YEAR. Company can't wait till new enrollment? of course not, WHY HELP the employees.

There was an error by one of our vendors who did not charge employees correctly for their long-term disability. Cons

Toxic is the name of the game. Rules only apply sometimes and only to some people. Loyal longtime employees are expected to continue to put in 110% effort while not getting raises for years while inflation makes life unaffordable.
