Pros

Successful, growing company which creates lots of opportunity for a broad career path. I can learn as I go and move into different positions within the company. Since it's employee-owned, worker engagement matters and the continuous improvement program is vibrant. It's nice to see a company include employees in running the business! The stock option plan is the best retirement plan I've ever had.

Cons

The lack of people taking advantage of working here. This creates a lot of overtime, which is good in the short-run, but not for the long-run.

Toxic is the name of the game. Rules only apply sometimes and only to some people. Loyal longtime employees are expected to continue to put in 110% effort while not getting raises for years while inflation makes life unaffordable.
