Pros

Litehouse is a great company to work for. There are times that we are really busy and this creates overtime for employees. I see this as a positive as it shows we're continuing to grow. The benefits offered are fantastic! Are leadership really cares about the employees and will always try to make the best decision, keeping them in mind.

Cons

The current shortage of people wanting to work. This creates a lot of turnover and puts extra stress and workload on other employees.

Cons

Toxic is the name of the game. Rules only apply sometimes and only to some people. Loyal longtime employees are expected to continue to put in 110% effort while not getting raises for years while inflation makes life unaffordable.
